Arrival and departure

The apartmet is free on the day of arrival from 15:00 (earlier times on request). Please be sure to inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days before your arrival.
The apartment must be vacated by 08.30 on the day of departure (later time on request).

The keys are handed over according to individual arrangement.

Payment

Will be paid in cash on the evening before the day of departure. If desired, there is also the possibility of a bank transfer. The price includes the provision of bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels (once a week).

Nom-smoking apartments

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and the whole house.

pets

Are not allowed in the apartments.

liability

Parents are liable for their children. We assume no liabilty for valuabled and accidnets brought along.

Parking

There is a parking space for one car on the property.

Standard payment conditions

Deposit of 35% of the room price up to one week after booking and final payment up to one day before departure.
The booking becomes binfing for you after receipt of the deposit on your account.

Standard cancellation conditions

• No cancellation fee until 3 months before arrival
• and 60 % of the room price for cancellations up to one month before arrival
• and 80 % of the room price for cancellations up to one week before arrival
• and 100 % of the room price in case of later cancellation or non-arrival

Otherwise the  AGBs of the Austrian hotel industry are considered as agreed upon
